Insurance

ALFI Physiotherapy accepts most major insurance providers. We are able to submit e-claims on behalf of patients so that payment does not need to occur upon visitation. 

For manual claims, a receipt with all the required information will be provided to you, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We will be happy to assist you to process / prepare the claim.
